The USAPA Advocacy Collaborative is a six-month advocacy training program designed to equip coalitions and organizations with the skills, strategies, and training support they need to implement this national blueprint. In September 2026 USAPA rolled out a national alcohol prevention policy strategy (NAPPS) developed by over 75 stakeholders across the country.
From November 2026 to April 2026, participating coalitions and organizations will engage in a dynamic learning experience led by national alcohol policy experts and rooted in real-world impact.
