Izabelle Bauer

Research Associate, Synergy Enterprises

Izabelle Bauer is a public health data scientist and project manager with a focus on alcohol policy, prevention science, and effective health communication. She currently serves as a Research Associate and Project Manager at Synergy Enterprises, where she leads the development of data visualizations and facilitates the development of annual reports pertaining to alcohol policy. Her work supports federal websites and publications by transforming complex data into accessible formats for diverse audiences.

She previously coordinated the youth advocacy program, Dover Youth to Youth, where she led strategy, outreach, and capacity-building initiatives for youth and adult advisor in substance use prevention and program implementation. Her background includes over a decade with Dover Youth to Youth, where she develops national trainings, and delivers legislative testimony. She continues to consult on youth prevention programming.

Currently, she is a Bloomberg American Health Initiative Fellow, earning her Master of Public Health (MPH) at Johns Hopkins University.
